Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. In this role, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and ready to motivate a team while maintaining smooth service flow in a lively dining environment. This is a paid position that offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your management skills within the food and beverage industry.
Duties:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including shift management, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and develop staff members to deliver top-notch customer service and uphold food safety standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Supervise food preparation and kitchen activities to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform cash handling responsibilities.
- Support ongoing training & development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles, with a background in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety management, and kitchen operations.
- Experience with POS systems .
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Good communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, and customer interactions.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
