We are seeking enthusiastic, personable, and highly organized Hosts/Cashiers who understand that an exceptional dining experience begins the moment a guest walks through our doors.
As the face and first point of contact for our restaurant, you'll play an essential role in setting the tone for every visit. If you love working with people, thrive under pressure, and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, we want YOU on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage the seating process efficiently, ensuring guests are seated promptly while maintaining proper table rotation and server workload.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and communicate effectively with servers and management.
- Organize and prepare tables for large parties and special group reservations.
- Operate the register and accurately process customer transactions.
- Answer phone calls, take takeout orders, and ensure orders are entered and processed accurately and promptly.
- Handle dessert orders for dine-in guests, servers, and customers placing orders directly at the register.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking host and register area.
- Keep menus clean, updated, and presentable.
- Update daily specials in menus as needed throughout the day.
- Ensure restrooms are properly stocked and maintained.
- Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Work closely with the entire team to ensure smooth restaurant operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
