We are seeking enthusiastic, talented, and service-driven Bartenders who take pride in their craft and are passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Welcoming guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and exceptional hospitality.
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
Creating a variety of beverages, including specialty cocktails, cappuccinos, espressos, shakes, and more.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout each shift.
Keeping glassware, teapots, cappuccino mugs, and bar equipment clean and ready for service.
Providing attentive, efficient, and personable service, even during busy periods.
Working collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate will bring:

2–3 years of bartending experience preferred.
A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and genuine passion for hospitality.
The ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work well with others.
Flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Brunch availability is especially important.
A willingness to accept constructive feedback, continuously learn, and grow.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
A professional work ethic, integrity, reliability, and respect for guests and colleagues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
